Need an Official Docket or Record?

Different Blount County courts keep separate records, so match the request to the court and custodian first:

  • A docket sheet or case number: use the county case search, then ask the correct clerk if the public view is incomplete.
  • A hearing date: check the court calendar and confirm any conflict with the division that set the hearing.
  • A certified copy: order it from the clerk who holds the original case file.
  • A Circuit or General Sessions file: contact Chris Cantrell, Blount County Circuit Court Clerk.

City traffic and ordinance records remain with the applicable municipal clerk.
