About Blount County Court Docket

Blount County court dockets are divided among the Circuit Court Clerk, the Clerk and Master, Juvenile Court, and municipal clerks. Tennessee does not provide one statewide public trial-court lookup that joins them all. This private guide explains those boundaries and points readers toward the official county portal, calendar, office address, telephone number, or request form that fits the matter. Its purpose is practical orientation, not custody of any case record.

Why We Built This Site

Public access in Tennessee still requires knowing which office holds a case. Chris Cantrell's Circuit Court Clerk office maintains Circuit, General Sessions, Juvenile, Orders of Protection, and Traffic divisions. Steve S. Ogle's Clerk and Master office keeps Chancery and probate-related files. Municipal clerks retain city traffic and ordinance records. The Tennessee Public Case History system covers appellate matters, not every public trial case. This site brings those distinctions, contacts, search fields, number formats, and request steps into one county-focused reference.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to any Tennessee court, clerk, county office, or state agency. Its limits are important:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that a phone number, fee, deadline, or setting has not changed

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes shown on some pages. Those providers operate their own services and determine their prices and results. A paid signup reached through one of the tools may produce a referral fee that supports this site. We do not control the provider's coverage, charges, or output. Official Blount County case information should always be verified with the court or clerk that maintains it.
